Return Policy: 

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we're here to help. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, unless the time for return is extended by our Customer Service team.  Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Sale items and custom-made products are not eligible for return. 

How to Return an Item:

1. Email our Customer Service team at  Info@yaliving.com with your order number or the item(s) you wish to return to inform them of the return. We will provide you with the address for the return.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging  (or your own safe packaging) and mail the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). 

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return eligibility criteria, we will immediately process your refund to the original method of payment.
